We surface what's happening and suggest priorities — every actual reply is something you write yourself (or, for Pro plans, draft and approve in one click). We made this choice on purpose: customers can tell when a reply is auto-generated, and the platforms (Google in particular) are starting to penalize it.
Google Business Profile is supported on every plan. Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, Resy, UberEats, DoorDash and Grubhub are included on Growth and Pro. We're adding new sources monthly based on customer requests.
