Built for restaurant chains with 2–10 locations

Every mention of your restaurants. One Monday briefing.

Murmurare (Italian: to murmur) listens to everything customers say about your restaurants — reviews, social mentions, delivery-app feedback — and ships you one operations briefing every Monday morning, so you know exactly where to focus this week.

The problem

If you run more than one location, reviews stop being feedback. They become noise.

Most multi-location operators we talk to read maybe 10% of their reviews. The other 90% — and the patterns hidden inside them — never make it to a decision.

!
You can't read 200+ reviews a week across 4 locations.

Even if you wanted to, by the time you finish, the issue has already churned a customer.

!
Replying isn't the problem. Knowing what's actually broken is.

Auto-reply tools answer reviews one at a time. They don't tell you that 3 of your 5 stores have a Friday-night staffing problem.

!
Big-chain reputation tools cost $300+/location/month.

Reputation.com, Birdeye, Chatmeter — none of them are priced for a 4-location group with one ops manager.

The fix

One Monday-morning briefing that tells you what to fix this week.

Murmurare reads every review across every location, tags it by operational dimension, and surfaces the patterns a human would miss.

Tagged automatically

Every review is categorized into 8 operational dimensions — service speed, food quality, cleanliness, staff, value, ambiance, wait time, order accuracy.

📊

Compared across locations

See which location is sliding before the average rating moves. The cross-location heatmap shows weak spots by category and by day-of-week.

📨

Delivered to your inbox

One email every Monday. No dashboard to log into, no notifications to ignore. Designed to be read in three minutes with your morning coffee.

Inside the app

The cross-location heatmap your gut already wishes it had.

When you do want to dig deeper, the dashboard shows you exactly where issues are concentrated.

Why Murmurare

Built for chains that don't have a CX department.

Most reputation platforms are sold to multi-billion-dollar restaurant groups with full marketing teams. Murmurare is built for the operator who wears six hats and just wants to know where to focus this week.

  • Designed around the Monday briefing, not yet another dashboard.
  • Categorizes reviews by operational issue, not just sentiment.
  • Priced per location at a fraction of enterprise tools.
  • Read-only access to your review platforms — we never auto-post on your behalf.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you reply to reviews automatically?

No. Murmurare is read-only by design. We surface what's happening and suggest priorities — every actual reply is something you write yourself (or, for Pro plans, draft and approve in one click). We made this choice on purpose: customers can tell when a reply is auto-generated, and the platforms (Google in particular) are starting to penalize it.

Which review sources do you support?

Google Business Profile is supported on every plan. Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, Resy, UberEats, DoorDash and Grubhub are included on Growth and Pro. We're adding new sources monthly based on customer requests.

How does the AI categorization work?

Each review is analyzed by a large language model that tags it across 8 operational dimensions (service speed, food quality, cleanliness, staff friendliness, value, ambiance, wait time, order accuracy) plus sentiment. You can correct tags or add custom categories — the model adjusts to your business over time.

Is my data safe? Do you sell it?

Your review data is yours. We never sell, share, or use it to train external models. We only request read-only access to the review platforms you connect, and you can revoke access at any time. Full details in our privacy policy.

What if I have more than 10 locations?
