Fix the right location this week. Not the one that complained loudest.

Murmurare reads all 200+ reviews a week across your locations — Google, Yelp, delivery apps — tags every operational issue, and tells you which location needs your attention every Monday morning. Three minutes, no dashboard required.

If you run more than one location, reviews stop being feedback. They become noise.

Most multi-location operators we talk to read maybe 10% of their reviews. The other 90% — and the patterns hidden inside them — never make it to a decision.

!
You can't read 200+ reviews a week across 4 locations.

Even if you wanted to, by the time you finish, the issue has already churned a customer.

!
Replying isn't the problem. Knowing what's actually broken is.

Auto-reply tools answer reviews one at a time. They don't tell you that 3 of your 5 stores have a Friday-night staffing problem.

!
Big-chain reputation tools cost $300+/location/month.

Reputation.com, Birdeye, Chatmeter — none of them are priced for a 4-location group with one ops manager.

One Monday-morning briefing that tells you what to fix this week.

Murmurare reads every review across every location, tags it by operational dimension, and surfaces the patterns a human would miss.

Tagged automatically

Every review is categorized into 8 operational dimensions — service speed, food quality, cleanliness, staff, value, ambiance, wait time, order accuracy.

Built from your real reviews. First briefing in your inbox within 48 hours.

Step 1

Connect your locations

One-click Google Business Profile sign-in (read-only access — only for listings you authorize). Yelp & delivery-app sources optional. Add up to 10 locations on any plan.

Step 2

We read & categorize

Every new review is auto-tagged into operational dimensions. You can correct tags any time — the model adjusts to your business.

Step 3

Briefing every Monday

A 3-minute read in your inbox. Drill in via the dashboard when something needs deeper attention.

Built for chains that don't have a CX department.

Most reputation platforms are sold to multi-billion-dollar restaurant groups with full marketing teams. Murmurare is built for the operator who wears six hats and just wants to know where to focus this week.

  • Designed around the Monday briefing, not yet another dashboard.
  • Categorizes reviews by operational issue, not just sentiment.
  • Priced per location at a fraction of enterprise tools.
  • Read-only access — and only for the listings you authorize and manage. We never auto-post, never resell your data.

The briefing is where it starts. The intelligence is where it goes.

We start with the briefing because it's the one thing every multi-location operator wishes they had. But the same engine reading your reviews can do a lot more.

Live

Operations briefing

AI categorizes every review across 8 operational dimensions and sends a Monday digest with watch list, wins, and suggested actions.

Beta

Competitor intelligence

Track up to 5 nearby competitors per location. See who's gaining, who's slipping, and where you outrank them. Competitor data is drawn from non-Google public sources only (public Yelp, public web) — never the Google Business Profile API or GoogleLocations.

Beta

Risk detection

Real-time alerts on food-safety, legal threats, and viral risk. Suggested response playbook in your inbox in under a minute. Operates only on reviews from the listings you've connected and authorized.

Per location. No per-seat tax. Cancel anytime.

Most chains pay back the subscription in less than one prevented churned customer.

Common questions

Do you reply to reviews automatically?

No. Murmurare is read-only by design. We surface what's happening and suggest priorities — every actual reply is something you write yourself (or, for Pro plans, draft and approve in one click). We made this choice on purpose: customers can tell when a reply is auto-generated, and the platforms (Google in particular) are starting to penalize it.

Which review sources do you support?

Google Business Profile is supported on every plan. Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, Resy, UberEats, DoorDash and Grubhub are included on Growth and Pro. We're adding new sources monthly based on customer requests.

How does the AI categorization work?

Each review is analyzed by a large language model that tags it across 8 operational dimensions (service speed, food quality, cleanliness, staff friendliness, value, ambiance, wait time, order accuracy) plus sentiment. You can correct tags or add custom categories — the model adjusts to your business over time.

Is my data safe? Do you sell it?

Your review data is yours. We never sell, share, or use it to train external models. We only request read-only access — and only for the listings you authorize and manage. We do not access Google Business Profile data for any business you don't control, and we never use the Google Business Profile API or GoogleLocations endpoint for competitor analysis. Full details in our privacy policy.

How do I disconnect Murmurare from my Google account?

You can disconnect at any time from your Murmurare account settings (Connections → Google → Disconnect) or by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Once disconnected, we stop accessing your Google data immediately. We disassociate it from your Murmurare account within 7 business days and permanently delete the associated review data within 30 days. You can also email privacy@murmurare.com to request earlier deletion.
